For The Wild Ones, a registered trade name (DBA) of The MoMo Studio, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (referred to as “FTWO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit forthewildones.co (the “Site”), book or attend our sound, movement, social, and coaching sessions (referred to as the “Offerings”), or otherwise interact with us. Our Site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. By using the Site or our Offerings, you agree to this Privacy Policy, which forms part of our Terms + Conditions.

1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. This includes information you give us when you book or purchase an Offering, create an account, fill out a form, subscribe to our emails, contact us, or attend a Session — such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and transaction details, scheduling information, and any messages or preferences you share with us. Health-related information you choose to share. To participate safely, you may voluntarily disclose health information (for example, injuries, pregnancy, a pacemaker or implanted device, epilepsy or other neurological conditions, or other conditions relevant to sound or
movement). We use this only to help facilitate your participation safely and at your request. Please see the Health + Sensitive Information section below.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our platform and analytics providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits, including through cookies and similar technologies. Information from third parties. We may receive information from our service providers — such as our website host (Wix), payment processor, scheduling tools, and social media platforms — in connection with bookings, payments, analytics, and marketing.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide, operate, and improve the Site and our Offerings; process bookings, payments, and gift cards; schedule and manage Sessions; communicate with you, including confirmations, reminders, and customer support; send marketing and promotional messages where permitted (you can opt out at any time); personalize your experience; maintain safety and the integrity of our Offerings; comply with legal obligations; and protect our rights, property, and users.

3. Our Website Platform (Wix)
Our Site is built and hosted on Wix.com. Wix provides the online platform that allows us to offer our Site and Services to you, and your data may be stored through Wix’s data storage, databases, and applications, on servers maintained by Wix or its sub-processors. As our hosting and processing provider, Wix collects and processes certain information on our behalf and also as an independent controller for its own purposes, including for security, analytics, and platform functionality. Wix uses cookies and similar technologies as described in its own privacy and cookie notices. We encourage you to review Wix’s privacy policy at wix.com to understand how Wix handles data. We are not responsible for Wix’s independent practices.

4. Cookies + Tracking Technologies
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, measure the performance of our content and marketing, and (where applicable) support advertising. Some cookies are necessary for the Site to function; others are optional. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through a cookie banner or preferences tool on the Site. Disabling certain cookies may affect how the Site works. We may also use analytics services (which may include Wix analytics and/or third-party tools such as Google Analytics or Meta) and may use a Meta or similar pixel to measure and improve our advertising.

5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
• Service providers who help us operate, including our website host (Wix), payment processor, scheduling and email/marketing tools, and analytics providers, who may process your information only to provide services to us
• Professional advisors, such as our attorneys and accountants, where reasonably necessary
• Authorities or others when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of FTWO,
our users, or others; and
• A collaborator or guest practitioner in connection with our business to best serve you safely.

6. Marketing Communications
If you opt in or become a FTWO client, we may send you marketing emails, newsletter, or messages about Offerings, events, and promotions from time to time. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us at hello@forthewildones.co. We may still send you non-promotional, transactional messages (for example, booking confirmations or important account notices).

7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our Offerings, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Data Security
We and our platform providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to request information about how we process your data. Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email us at hello@forthewildones.co. We will verify your identity before acting on any request.

10. Health + Sensitive Information
Any health or wellness information you share with us is provided voluntarily and is used solely to help you participate in our Offerings safely and at your request. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing, and consult a licensed professional for medical concerns.

11. Children’s Privacy
The Site and our Offerings are intended for adults (18 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not direct the Site to children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at hello@forthewildones.co and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services (such as a payment processor, scheduling tool, or social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Please review their policies before providing information.

13. International Visitors
We operate from Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

14. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them.

15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
